The Joint European Magnetic Symposia (JEMS) combine to form the most important and comprehensive conference on magnetism in Europe. In 2016, the meeting will be held in the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, Glasgow on 22-26 August.
The Symposia will focus on a broad range of topics addressing fundamental and applied magnetism, and novel magnetic materials. Plenary, semi-plenary and invited speakers will give lectures on important recent advances within each symposium, in addition to contributed talks and poster sessions. Participation by student and early career scientists is welcomed and encouraged.
Numerous representatives of the HARFIR technical team will be attending JEMS2016, so if you would like to meet up to discuss any aspects of the project please get in touch.
